Understanding Our Privacy Practices

We may contact you to ask you to participate in research. By participating in research with us, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the research conditions. Some of our research will use information from your companyaccount in order to give us accurate results. Results will be aggregated and may be used for marketing purposes. No personal details will be shared with third parties. All your personal information will be stored securely for the duration of the research and deleted after the publication of the results. We store your personal information only on secure servers that are held in secure facilities and have up-to-date firewall protection.
If you decide to participate in any research, your participation is voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. If you’d like to withdraw, please send an email and your request will be processed on the following working day in the UK. All your data will then be deleted from our database and excluded from the research.

(2) Your Data Usage: Objectives and Practices

We will only use your personal information in the following ways:

Following the completion of contractual duties, your data will be secured and later purged in line with legal statutes, provided no consent is given for its further use. Only essential details necessary for contract execution, such as your name and address, will be disclosed to suppliers to facilitate service delivery.
